2. Personal data

a) When visiting our website

When you visit our website http://www.elp-gmbh.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

IP address of the requesting computer,

b) When registering for our newsletter

If, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO have expressly consented, we use your e-mail address to regularly send you our newsletter. For the receipt of the newsletter the indication of an e-mail address is sufficient.

The deregistration is possible at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send your unsubscribe request at any time by e-mail to [E-Mail address].

c) By using our contact form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent. 3. Disclosure of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.

We only pass on your data to third parties if:

• You have given your explicit approval according to Art. 6. Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO

• a transfer according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest that your data isnot transfer,

• the transfer is a legal obligation according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and

• legally permissible and is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

5. Analysis tools

a) Tracking tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

i) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.goog.e.de/intl/en/about/) (16 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA) for the purpose of tailoring and continually optimizing our pages 94043, USA, hereafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used (see section 4). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

• host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

are transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data in the order. Your IP address will not be merged with any other data provided by Google. The IP addresses are anonymized, so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).

ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website, we also use Google conversion tracking.

In doing so, Google Adwords will set a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Every Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The using the conversion cookie
Information collected is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The Adwords customers learn
the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. We use Matomo open-source software for analysis and statistical analysis of website usage. Cookies are used for this purpose (see paragraph 4). The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website is transmitted to our servers and summarized in pseudonymous usage profiles. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website and to enable a needs-based design of our website. The information will not be passed on to third parties. 6. Social Media Plug-ins

We rely on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to make our company better known. The underlying commercial purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for the operation compliant with data protection is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

a) Facebook

On our website social media plugins from Facebook are used to personalize their use. For this we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. It is an offer from Facebook. If you contact us via the WhatsApp instant messaging service, please provide our company with your telephone number. We also see your WhatsApp nickname.

Please note that the confidentiality and data security of instant messaging services is not guaranteed. By installing and using WhatsApp on your smartphone or mobile device, you are agreeing on the Terms and Conditions of WhatsApp our company has no control over. These include granting WhatsApp Inc. access to your phone number and contacts stored on your mobile device. With your active registration, you consent to the use and storage of your telephone number. The telephone number will only be used to provide the described / subscribed WhatsApp service of our company. We will never share your data.

The duration of the data storage corresponds to the period of use of the WhatsApp service by our company. You can unsubscribe from our WhatsApp service at any time. Just send us a WhatsApp message with a clear text - your data will be deleted at the latest within 48 hours - or remove our company from your contacts.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the mobile phone number and its use for sending services at any time. The revocation can be made via Whats-App message or by e-mail to the contact details listed under 1..

8. Affected rights

You have the right:

• In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can provide information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or opposition, the existence of a right to appeal, the source of your data, if it was not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about their details;

• in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, immediately demand the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored with us;

• in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of Legal claims is required;

• to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data according to Art. 18 GDPR, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you assert this, Exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

• to receive, in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible;

10. Data security

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the site visit, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption.
